Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in urban planning, public policy, public administration, economics or a related field 10 years of experience in the urban sector working across municipal planning, transportation, governance, municipal finance Experience assessing capacity of local governments, municipalities, and systems in developing countries to provide health, water, sanitation, transportation, and other services in a sustainable and participatory way Experience recommending interventions for the improvement of urban/municipal service delivery Experience working in developing countries, post-post conflict countries, and politically sensitive environments Experience with program assessment/evaluation Experience with integrating climate change and gender considerations in urban contexts Travel up to 50% on average, based on work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve Preferred:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
