Data Architect

Overview:
iTech AG is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team and support our federal customers in building and maintaining applications, architectures, and data integration solutions.
The Data Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions, data integration services, and components.
Additionally, they will work on SharePoint design and development, ServiceNow design and development, and data architecture and integration.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop data integration solutions for a robust Portfolio management system Build and maintain SharePoint sites to integrate demand management workflows across divisions Enhance current SharePoint functionality and develop SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and forms Set up and support integration between the legacy applications, various SharePoint sites, and ServiceNow Develop and maintain a database that loads and stores data from legacy applications, SharePoint, Excel, and ServiceNow on a daily basis Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of enterprise data stores Develop automated Reports using data repositories and queries Assess progress against plans and provide quick look reports, technical reports, and other assessments to highlight success stories and identify concerns Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and materials end users Coordinate transition-out support and ensure a smooth transition to federal customer and/or a new contractor Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 10 years of experience in Information Technology with expertise in data architecture, data integration, and database administration Experience in SharePoint design and development, as well as ServiceNow design and development Hands-on experience with tools such as SharePoint Online (M365), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Project Online Strong technical skills in DB2, SQL, and ETL technologies Project management experience and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the enterprise Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex data challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Security Clearance:
Government required MBI still active or within the 5-year renewal allowance (preferred), or the ability to obtain government required MBI Pursuant to a government contract, US Citizenship is required Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veteran.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
