Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high energy, forward thinking, organizer and planner with executive-level experience, familiar with DoD Front Office operations, and the ability to function independently and as part of a team.
The Mission Support Assistant is responsible for assisting staff members and supporting the day-to-day management of all administrative within the Front Office.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the daily action intake, appointment scheduling, and action/task file management.
Greet visitors, process appointment requests, receive and relay messages, and maintain professional decorum.
Answer incoming calls and inquiries from visitors, using utmost discretion in screening and referring calls/visitors to the appropriate staff member or attorney.
Respond to routine and highly technical requests for information such as status reports, suspense dates for matters requiring regulatory compliance, and similar information readily available in files and databases.
I Independently control and manage all incoming correspondence and staff actions.
Track time-sensitive correspondence Responsible for the maintenance of records and all files ensuring they are properly managed in accordance with the Agency's Records Management Policies.
Qualifications Active Secret Clearance is required BA degree is preferred but not required Must have 5-7 years executive support experience supporting a DOD customer.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint, documentation repository, and Adobe.
Experience with MS Teams and collaboration tools.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Word and Outlook.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
