GENERAL DUTIES:
Provide strategic and tactical advice and analyze learning solutions on learning technology systems, including learning management systems (LMS) and other cloud-based technologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives.
Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise as well as full industry knowledge.
Analyze future state Moodle architectures for a DoD client, support associated strategic planning for integration with other aspects of the architecture and provide technical analysis to support removing barriers to progress.
Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems facing our DoD clients.
Work directly with DoD clients and project teams without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, if needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

years of experience as a Moodle solution architect, including configuration with associated web and database servers Experience with customizing Moodle functionalities and developing custom themes for Moodle Knowledge of learning management systems and the Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) Bachelor's degree Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Qualifications:

years of experience with JSON and XML data structures and Web Services (SOA) 3
years of experience with AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, SASS, and XHTML Experience with Moodle v3.
5 or higher Knowledge of enterprise IT transformations Knowledge of LMS tools, including xAPI or Ad Astra Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field CLEARANCE:
Secret minimum Recommended Skills Ajax (Programming Language) Architecture Css Classified Information Extensible Hyper Text Markup Language (Xhtml) J Query Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
