years of professional office experience.
Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel).
Superb customer service, multitasking, and oral/written communication skills.
Possess a strong aptitude to learn new systems.
Ability to be 100% on-site at the Arlington, VA location.
The Job:
Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for tenants.
Process invoices and forward to accounting.
Proofread documents/correspondence and assist in receivables collections.
Handle reports/filing and maintain up-to-date tenant contact lists/lease files.
Purchase and maintain office supplies/equipment.
Provide additional support and complete tasks as assigned.
This is a temporary position that pays $22/hour and is expected to last 3-4 weeks.
