About the OpportunityDMI is looking for a Azure Service Desk Analyst to support a federal customer in Arlington, VA.
This candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:
Answer Help Desk phones and provide Tier I-II support to users on a variety of issues including O365 and Azure Administration issues Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Azure Services.
Respond to incoming inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) and provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support Experience supporting Windows 10 and Azure, Office 365, and Mobile Device Management Experience with troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Analyzing and diagnosing customer reported problems related to Azure Services, including virtual machines, network storage and security Log and prioritize calls and provide reports as required on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution Possess strong customer service and communications skills Analyze, evaluate, and test software and hardware problems Handle heavy call volume Strong customer service and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal skills, especially ability to listen and understand what is being described Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticket system; creating, updating and closing tickets Experience with computer terms and customer service operationsQualificationsLocation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
