Job DetailsDescription The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for day-to-day tasks within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including accurate, timely updates and maintenance of customer information.
Additionally, this role is responsible for reviewing and assessing applicable financial, clinical, operational and evidence-based literature while appropriately processing value analysis committee (VAC) requests in the healthcare systems.
This full-time position is in the Kerecis Arlington, VA, office and reports directly to the Customer Relations Manager.
Essential Functions Efficiently establish and maintain customer information within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Enter data accurately into CRM with extremely high attention to detail.
Create new accounts into CRM.
Support our field sales team with clinical data and analytical insight, ensuring access to all healthcare facilities with thorough product submissions.
Utilize a variety of software systems and techniques both within and beyond the organization to secure customer success.
Provide vendor access information to facilities and sales representatives.
Assure alignment of salespeople to accounts with continuous operation through our rapid growth.
Maintain accurate and detailed information of Kerecis physicians.
Various tasks, projects and responsibilities as directed by the Customer Relations Manager.
