A Bachelor's degree is required.
1-3
years of relevant professional experience is required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task and provide accurate results in a short amount of time.
Outstanding communication and writing abilities.
Experience in a financial services or legal setting is preferred.
The Job:
Provide administrative and operation support to the legal and due diligence teams.
Process financial documents, reports and client requests (including collecting data and ensuring quality control).
Manage internal department requests.
Update database with client information.
Prepare meeting materials and ensure notes are taken and recorded properly.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that pays $29/hour-$32/hour and converts to a salary of $70k if made permanent depending on experience.
