Application Development Team Lead with Security Clearance

We are seeking candidates for an Application Development Team Lead to support a Federal client in Arlington, VA.
We are looking for candidates to fill one of the key roles to enable the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Chief Information Officer (CIO) to deliver operational excellence in the day-to-day operation of ONR's IT Enterprise.
The Application Development Team Lead will be instrumental in the ability to deliver stable and efficient operation of ONR's IT services and supporting infrastructure is a critical enabler of ONR's scientific research mission.
Position Duties and Tasks:
o Expertise with the principles, methods, and techniques used in wired and wireless network administration and engineeringo Provide day to day operations management of the network, including a broad range of LAN/WAN anddesktop issues and providing expert knowledge of SNA implementation principles, routing protocol options, and LAN/WAN principleso Experience using:
o PWS relevant hardware (switches, routers, bridges, blade servers, firewalls)o Software (multiple operating systems, virtualization software, monitoring tools, IPv4, IPv6)o Other common network and user equipment (e.
g.
, SAN, NAS, Video Bridge)o Demonstrate ability to solve network server problems or network infrastructure issues and managing the performance and capacity of a VLAN/LAN/WAN environmento Displayed experience in installation and testing of security patches and cyber security productso Hands-on experience designing and supporting AWS environment and utilizing AWS administrator portalo Experience in AWS services and technologies such as IAM, VPC, S3, EC2, CloudWatch and CloudTrail, Route 53, RDS, SSM, ElasticSearch and Lambdao Ability to support Cloud Architects to provide operational network architectures to meet mission system anddevelopment environment requirementsExperience anticipating future network requirements, researching and analyzing emerging technologies and applying them to business need Skills and
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or IT-related fieldso Ten (10) years of overall experience related to network design and administrationo At least three (3) years of experience managing technical staff o Current Top Secret clearance with completed SSBI o Certified Network Engineer OR similar professional network engineering certificationo DoD Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) DoD 8570 IAT Level II and IAM Level II certifications (Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)) OR similar security certification) Recommended Skills Administration Amazon S3 Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Vpc) Blade Servers Certified Information Systems Security Professional Cloudwatch Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
