Technical Recruiter

Overview:
iTech AG is recruiting for a motivated and customer service-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! The Technical Recruiter will play an essential role in identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for open requisitions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to create, edit and/or review job requisitions to attract a diverse pool of top talent Conduct full life cycle recruiting activities including, but not limited to:
Posting job requisitions internally and externally Sourcing qualified candidates (technical and functional) Reviewing resumes and applications Conducting phone screens to assess the skills, qualifications and experience of candidates Interview coordination Build and maintain a pipeline of screened, qualified candidates for future opportunities Provide status updates to hiring managers on open requisitions Manage and maintain the company applicant tracking system Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the company Continuously scale recruiting processes and contribute to the talent acquisition strategic plan Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, as needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate professionally via written and verbal communications Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer technical questions Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles Ability to be proactive, work independently, and take initiative Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Due to support of government contracts, this position requires US citizenship status PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Experience with Jobvite ATS Knowledge of recruitment and hiring laws and regulations relating to federal contractors Experience recruiting cleared candidates EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, &
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 3 years' experience of full life-cycle recruiting for technical roles; experience should include assessing prospective candidates for technical skills and pipeline development Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting for a government contractor Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Experience using applicant tracking systems This position is hybrid and will be required to be onsite at iTech AG's corporate office 3 days a week.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
