Social Media Analyst

Overviewkglobal, a Washington, DC-based strategic communications firm specializing in public affairs, public relations, marketing, branding, and crisis management, is looking for an energetic analyst to join our assessment team at a high-profile federal agency.
The person filling this role will provide long-range strategic communication planning and assessment on behalf of a U.
S.
government client.
This Washington, DC-based position is a hybrid position, requiring about 3-4 workdays in office and 1-2 at home.
The person applying for this role will need to live within a commuting area of the role location.
Responsibilities Work closely with senior leaders to solve problems and create new opportunities in support of our client's digital and social presence Provide daily analysis of coverage of agency topics in social/digital media to include updates, emerging topics, trends, highlights, and recommended engagement strategies based on findings Monitor, identify, and report on topics of relevance to the client on external Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
platforms Provide assessment reports to client on relevant information environment Make content and engagement recommendations Draft and post content to agency's flagship social media platforms Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions Recommend topics for and develop monthly internal communications products, including but not limited to brief sheets, pamphlets and other documents aimed at educating personnel about social/ digital media, as needed Qualifications EducationBachelor's degree Experience Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Security Clearance At least 4 years of relevant experience in digital and social media Skills Exceptional understanding of online communications and emerging platforms Energetic, passionate, and intellectually curious Easily adaptable and able to wear many hats, especially public affairs
crisis Strong executive presence and focus on client services Have a proactive and flexible work approach Have the ability to work independently and think on your feet Have strong fundamentals with Sprinkr, Meltwater, or comparable analytics tool Extra Credit:
Knowledge of Python and experience working with the Federal Government or U.
S.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
