Summary As a Supervisory Training Specialist, you will oversee and manage all operational and administrative aspects of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Examiner Education Program to ensure timely and effective development and delivery of cost-efficient, state-of-the art, interagency training programs that support the experienced examiners and other professional staff.

Duties As a Supervisory Training Specialist, you will:
Serve as the program manager for the development of the examiner education budget request; responsible for operationally managing day-to-day financial, physical, and human capital resources; and oversees, monitors, and approves the day-to-day processing of financial expenditures and budget performance.
Develop the annual planning and budget schedule, course catalogue, and course schedule for review and approval of the Training Administrator, in accordance with established deadlines.
Provide operational guidance to implement the established learning and development plan to maintain and enhance high-quality examiner education opportunities consistent with the FFIEC's mission and goals.
Manage and lead the development in coordination with the FFIEC staff, FFIEC member entity training contacts, FDIC training community contacts, vendors and instructors, and training contacts for non-FFIEC member entity training participants.
Manage and supervise the work of the FFIEC examiner education administrative and operations support staff.
Serve as a spokesperson for FFIEC examiner education in both internal and external forums.
Requirements Conditions of Employment This position requires that the successful candidate undergo personnel vetting, which includes a background investigation and enrollment upon onboarding into Continuous Vetting.
Enrollment in Continuous Vetting will result in automated record checks being conducted throughout one's employment with Treasury.
The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.
g.
, arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time.

Qualifications You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-V band level in the Federal service.
Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Experience leading operational and administrative aspects of an education program including training contracts, budgeting, course and catalog development at the agency/enterprise level; and Experience developing assessment methods for quality control for identifying course modifications to meet examiner educational needs; and Experience with procurement requirements in a federal contracting environment (developing and negotiating contracts/written agreements, reviewing and approving invoices and the disbursement of funds).
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service.
One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
