The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the product or service.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
