The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bicycle repair and maintenance, as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills.
The Bicycle Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of bike mechanics, maintaining and repairing customer bicycles, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the bike service department and manage a team of bike mechanics Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality repair and maintenance services Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and parts Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers on repair timelines Train new bike mechanics and provide ongoing support and training to existing staff Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the service department Maintain a safe and clean work environment Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns Stay up-to-date with the latest bicycle technology and repair techniques Requirements:
Extensive experience in bicycle repair and maintenance Previous experience in a leadership or management role Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate a team of bike mechanics Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Passion for cycling and the cycling community Job Type:
