Amazon's Enterprise Engineering team is looking for an experienced, hands-on Sr.
UX Designer who is eager to make a measurable impact on a dynamic, fast moving business.
This role will help enable a transformation that will improve enterprise-wide collaboration and work efficiency on a global scale.
This role is for a Sr.
UX Designer who will create a highly effective, intuitive, accessible and friction-free workplace productivity software application experience for Amazon employees.
You'll partner with internal customers, product managers, technical program managers, vendors and engineers to translate business goals into efficient and thoughtful human-centered UX.
In this role, your excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and ability to thrive through ambiguity and competing priorities will be critical as you work through all phases of the design process, from mapping the end-to-end user journey at Amazon, to research and usability analysis and rapid prototyping.
You will continually broaden your technical understanding as new technologies become available and as you learn about integrations between the workplace productivity suite and other applications and services within the Amazon's workplace productivity services ecosystem.
The role requires an ability to Think Big with keen attention to detail.

The candidate exhibits a high degree of ownership and is able to influence across levels in a matrix structure.
An excellent ability to communicate concisely and directly, both verbally and in writing is a must.
This role requires experience designing for Microsoft 365 or other large-scale enterprise productivity and collaboration tools in a global corporate environment (2K
employees).
Key job responsibilities-Participate in and facilitate design brainstorming and working sessions.
-Produce design briefs, prototypes, scenarios, user flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve user experience designs.
-Present design ideas and assets as needed to technical and non-technical audiences in ways that bring the user story to life, and incorporate feedback into design efforts.
-Effectively communicate with product managers, program managers and developers through implementation to realize design vision.
-Deliver appropriate visual assets and/or guidance (information structures and hierarchies; navigation models; animations, wireframes, flows, and other visual prototypes) on time, in accordance with agile methodology.
-Coordinate user testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts.
-Understand technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape current and future workplace productivity-related services.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
