Qualifications:
Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow knowledge of the government's I.
T.
environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications preferred.
Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
Experience with LAW, IPro, Relativity or other document processing platform.
Familiarity with IConect, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote valued.
At least five (5) years' experience performing e-Discovery roles including but not limited to Electronic Files Processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis Preferred
Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree preferred, either in Computer Science or related field Senior Data Specialist Responsibilities/Duties:
Use Relativity to ensure the reduction of not-relevant documents/data with adequate quality controls Assist federal personnel to manage extensive, complex volumes of data, and information efficiently in standard case structure Use applications such as QuickView, LAW Pre-Discovery, and Nuix Investigate for native file imaging and ingestion, various Adobe products and ABBY for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processes, standard methods of unitization and coding of scanned images, and are trained to maintain a current working knowledge of e-Discovery industry standards and best practices Operate and administer existing customers e-Discovery applications, along with workflow development, application configuration of the web interface discovery parameters, process/application interface user documentation, data identification, data collection, early data assessment, data process, data review, data analysis and data production of electronically stored information and user training Perform/ provide data mapping, and application module documentation.
Provide scanned images ingestion, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of acquired images, load file configuration and creation, Native File ingestion, case/document production and e-Discovery consultation related to best practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) policy documents and Lessons Learned optimization recommendations with standardized tools as well as proprietary programming Recommended Skills Adobe Cryptography Data Analysis Data Collection Data Quality Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
