Network Architect

Radiance Technologies is sourcing candidates in support of JADC2 for a Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) practitioner to model business process models and system level architecture from an AS-IS and future state perspective.
The architecture will represent a Joint Warfighter Concept, mission, and system equities in a JOINT system-of-systems environment.
The architect will also provide architectural development for the Joint Warfighter Concept in JOINT warfighting exercises and demonstrations that inform innovation, acquisition, risk management, ATO and data/portfolio rationalization.
Business process models will visualize mission threads executed by multiple resource roles aligned under multiple DoD and IC organizations and governed by different authorities.
The systems level architecture will visualize system/service resource flows and data flows across multiple networks on DoD and Mission Partner infrastructure and identify mandated data standards to support interoperability between systems/services.
Data modeling will also inform the governance process that includes nomination, adjudication, insertion, and dissemination of the Defense Intelligence Mission area data sets.
The Architect Practitioner is certified in the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) 2.
0 and knows the DoDAF MetaModel (DM2) and Unified Modeling Language (UML).
Highly desired is experience with Systems Modeling Language (SYSML) or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MSBE).
The architect has supported multiple DoD or IC clients on multiple network domains and has experience with systems integration and data management.
The architect is familiar with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
Experience with Cameo Magic Draw or System Architect is a plus.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, but the Joint Warfighter Concept CIO will review highly qualified candidates with TS resumes willing to obtain an SCI clearance.

Principal
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, integrate, and document FNC3 network and data architecture solutions applicable across defense operational domains and further Intelligence initiatives to achieve Combined/JADC2 objectives Make recommendations in refining network and data requirements for the Joint Warfighter Concept Provide recommendations to advance FNC3 prototyping and experimentation within the cloud for the Aerial, Terrestrial and Foundation Layers Help to prioritize and execute both internal and partner FNC3 network modernization efforts consistent with emerging DoD constructs Work within the community of interest (AFC, Joint Staff, AFRL, DARPA, OSD R&E, DOD, IC, Industry, Academia) to develop solutions that are highly innovative, while considering the advancement of existing material solutions Maintain and update FNC3 network and data modernization roadmaps, coordinate roadmaps with key stakeholders Design and sustain the Joint Warfighter Concept network and data architecture to enable integration and interoperability Ensure network security among cross-domain solutions and integration in coordination with CSSO and ISO mission partners Provide programmatic expertise to the Government from system concept definition through technology transfer activities Make recommendations to the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) pertinent to mission needs and technical capabilities Required Skills Knowledge of the science and technology underpinning DoD/IC platforms and capabilities Must have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment Active TS with SCI eligibility Required Experience BS degree or 12 years' direct experience Minimum 12 years in designing, operating, and integrating networks for Intelligence Mission Systems Experience with Multi-Level Security, Cross-Domain policy, and technical cloud requirements Experience designing and integrating Intelligence Collection capabilities with Enterprise Networks and Operational Ground Stations Experience in mapping conceptual, logical, and physical data architectures Minimum 3 years in managing system designs Desired Qualifications Experience with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) or Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Experience with the cloud Assessment & Authorization process including Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), Authority to Operate (ATO), and NIST standards Experience with Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) Familiarity with Cameo or other Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise with Multi-Band SATCOM and Line of Sight, Tactical Data Links and Mesh Networks MS or other advanced degree EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Recommended Skills Architecture Business Process Models Data Management Data Modeling Digitization Governance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
