BasicFunctionofthePosition:
TosupportCTAmemberrecruitment,customerengagementandgrowthCritical Duties and
Responsibilities:
Developandachievegoalsrelatedtomembershiprecruitment.
Work closely with the VP of Membership and SrDirector, Membership Developmenttocreateastrategicprospectpipelineanddeveloprecruitment initiatives.
Executeplanstotargetstrategicprospectsandsecure newCTA members.
DevelopinnovativeapproachestorecruitandretainCTAmembers.
Supportthemembershipaccountmanagementprogramtoretainstrategic member companies to CTA.
Research,gather,andmaintainmarketintelligenceandworkcollaborativelywith CTA staff to identify and pursue member prospects.
Maintainalead-generationdatabasecollaborativelywiththemembership development team and assist with providing reporting and forecasts.
WorkwithMarketingtodevelopmessagingandcollateralforrecruitmenton CTA.
tech and other platforms related to recruitmentofnew CTA members.
TravelwhenneededtomeetwithprospectstosellCTAmembershipandengage members further in CTA.
Supportongoingdepartmentprojectsandinitiatives.

Experience:
6-8yearsofappropriateworkexperiencewithassociationmembership development, or sales required.
Previousassociation,consumertechindustry,orsalesandmarketingexperience preferredEducation/Training:
Bachelorsdegreeinbusiness,communication,marketing,orrelatedfieldpreferred or commensurate experienceSkills/Capabilities/Technical:
Musthaveexcellentcommunication skills(writtenandoral).
Abilitytoquicklyandeffectivelyadapttodifferentaudiencesandpinpoint opportunities to promote CTA as a resource for members and prospects.
Thoughtfulself-starterwiththeabilitytoseethebigpictureandtranslate strategy into an organized and actionable plan.
Strongplanningandtimemanagementskills.
