Help Duties Serve as an expert instructor and facilitator for entry- through mid-level courses on the Department's leadership training and professional development continuums.
Facilitate training programs, seminars, and modules tailored to meet specific needs of Bureaus, components, and offices.
Develop comprehensive materials, readings, teaching aids, and microlearning units.
Research, incorporate, and advise on using educational technology and computer-based training in courses and programs.
Design and deliver leadership, management, interpersonal effectiveness, and similar on-demand training for other components at FSI and Department wide.
