Description TechFlow, Incis a forward-thinking company that guides organizations towards mission success through advanced technology solutionsAs an industry leader in national security, logistics, and digital services, TechFlow is seeking a highly-skilled Deputy PM/Release Train Engineer to join their teamThe ideal candidate will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes, and support teams in delivering value per program priorities and timelinesResponsibilitieso Resolves and escalates impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvementThis experience shall encompass regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments.
o Constantly refine and stay current with emerging themes in the larger Agile community and recommend ways to incorporate emerging trends and themes into the current Agile program deliveryDrive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.
) to identify areas of opportunity.
o Assist the Program Manager in managing multiple software development teams working on different projects simultaneously.
o Develop and maintain a release train that is efficient, organized, and cost-effective while meeting program goals.
o Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for software development and implementation.
o Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure that project milestones are met in a timely manner.
o Conduct risk and issue management.
o Monitor project scope and change management.
o Develop, maintain, and report on metrics, KPIs, and other project data to key stakeholdersRequirementso Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
o A minimum of ten years of experience managing, guiding, and navigating large scale Agile software development programs similar in size, scope and complexity as proposed in the PWS.
o Experience in managing programs with multiple ART, prioritizing features for program increment (PI) planning cycle and driving continuous improvement in the software delivery quality by utilizing SAFe Agile program metrics and feedback mechanisms.
o Experience as a program integrator, organize, facilitate, and conduct the Agile ceremonies and release planning while managing upstream/downstream dependencies.
o Experience in the management of application lifecycle support work similar in size, scope, and complexity as described in this description.
o Solid knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
o Active SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
