Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain an opportunity pipeline exceeding $1B Craft and execute Capture and Campaign Plans, focusing on growth within the DoD and other federal agencies Design innovative business solutions, value propositions, and differentiation strategies for opportunity pursuits Lead whitepaper developments, RFI responses, and unsolicited proposals Drive client outreach to refine opportunity pursuit decisions Requirements Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience OR 15 years' experience without a degree 10
years in senior business development roles; capturing large contracts ($300M-$500M range) Profound understanding of integrated logistics solutions and related platform services Mastery over the business development lifecycle; Shipley method experience is a plus Active knowledge of the DoD and federal markets and upcoming opportunities US Citizenship with an active Public Trust or higher Willingness to travel 25% of the time Preferred Qualifications Professional certification in capture management (such as CPCM, APMP, or Shipley) #techflow Benefits Founded in 1995 at the start of the dot-com revolution, TechFlow helped large commercial clients such as Dreamworks, Toshiba, MGM, and others modernize their business systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
