Citizen SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEBlackwatch International is seeking an Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) in support of our Federal Agency client in Arlington, VA.
The Assistant Contract Technical Representative provides direct support to the Contract Technical Representative (CTR).
RESPONSIBILITIESo Collects and maintains documentation for all phases of NGEN.
o Supports the creation of NMCI orders, MACs and special requests.
o Manages and tracks IT inventory.
o Process all information or documentation necessary to obtain, change or remove accounts, hardware, software, and other services.
o Monitors the installation and administering of computer hardware and software.
o Follows best practice standards and strives to continually improve service delivery to exceed client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONSo Secret Clearance or Current Interim Secret Clearance o Favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) type background check.

Citizen o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field.
o Seven (7) years overall experience with NMCI/NGEN related or other DoD networks.
o Three (3) years of experience managing technical staff.
o Three (3) years of experience in the following areas:
o Operations installation and support.
o Customer service/help-desk related or customer outreach with specific technology skills.
o GOTS/COTS applications specializing in Human Resource, Legal and Financial Management business applications.
o NMCI/NGEN ordering tools such as the Enterprise Information Technology Service Management System (EITSMS) suite.
