The role maintains an inventory of stationary and supplies on multiple floors.
This role facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do Support with the preparation of correspondence, memos, documents, emails, and presentations for departments Perform data entry and maintenance for various projects including ad hoc departmental reports Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and Lidl US employees Maintain security by following established procedures, maintaining a visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges Sort and organize incoming postal deliveries Maintain reception area including coffee and refreshments, catering, and supplies Restock weekly store flyers, office supply cabinets, coffee, and related supplies throughout the building Organize, maintain, and keep storage room, mail room, supply cabinets, coffee corners, and meeting rooms tidy Maintain meeting calendars, various tracking sheets, Internal PR Communication Boards, and display weekly store flyers Assist Facilities with projects and daily operations including but not limited to event set-up, running errands, and enforcing concepts Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing Ability to work independently Preferred Bachelor's degree What You'll Receive At Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
