Job Description:
This 3-month role requires working onsite in Arlington 4 days a week every Monday through Thursday Tasks/Job
Responsibilities:
Reimage new laptops using deployment server and Intune imaging tools.
Knowledge of Intune Imaging tools is a MUST.
Once imaged, they will work with the user to swap out the new laptop with the old one - this will include shipping and receiving of laptops to/from end users (refresh and give back) from/to our HQ.
When the user receives the new laptop, they will assist the end user on the first login, and setting up their accounts on the new laptop.
Since they will be on site in HQ 4 days/week, they may also be tasked with troubleshooting end users related issues for clients staff working on site.
Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet and IP configuration.
Knowledge of software distribution and patch management.
A
certified is a MUST.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong customer service/communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
