Subject matter expert regarding nuclear Safeguards for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Often represent TRAC's Principal Director for matters relating to DoD participation on the Subgroup on Safeguards Technology Support (SSTS), which is the interagency group that serves as an advisory board for the US Support Program (USSP) to the IAEA for Safeguards.
o Direct support to the Principal Deputy Threat Reduction and Arms Control (PDTRAC) regarding management of the Geophysical Detection of Nuclear Proliferation University Affiliated Research Center (GDNP UARC).
o Coordinated PDTRAC oversight of the GDNP UARC managed by the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF.
o Recently wrote first five year Comprehensive Review of the GDNP UARC.
o Coordinate annual data call and draft official DoD NCB report regarding implementation of the Additional Protocol (AP) to the US-IAEA Safeguards Agreement.
o Produce superior correspondence and documentation for senior government officials, to include the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs.
$130,000 - $145,000 a year Must hold current Top Secret / SCI eligible security Clearance BAI, Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
