ObjectiveResponsiveTrustedJRO-CBRND as part of the JPEO CBRND is tasked with the development of capability documentsThe products of this work will directly benefit the warfighter by linking Joint and Multi-Service CBRN Defense requirements to today's dynamic concepts of operationThis award establishes a support framework for the JRO-CBRND to develop Joint requirementsThe DoD philosophy for Joint CBRN requirements generation is top-down, concept-driven, threat-informed development with bottom-up refinementJoint CBRND capabilities development is resourced by the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological through the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) and Radiological and Nuclear Defense Capabilities Development Program (RNDCDP)Joint requirements generation is executed under the direction and guidance of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the JROCJoint CBRND requirements generation utilizes integrated planning, conducted by the JRO-CBRND in collaboration with the Services, Combatant Commands, Defense Agencies, and the Joint Staff, and approved through by the JROCSPA has a near-term need for a CBRN Analyst (NORTHCOM/NGB)Responsibilities CCMD Analysts (mid-level) (NORTHCOM / NGB, EUCOM / AFRICOM, INDOPACOM / USFK / USFJ, CENTCOM / SOUTHCOM) are required to conduct strategic analysis; development of operational requirements and / or assist LNOs to CCMDs, other Joint Staff Directorates, the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and/or Service schoolsReview, assist, develop and document CBRN/CWMD specific Joint Concepts and CBRN/CWMD equities in other Joint Concepts, Capability Based Assessments (CBAs), Integrated Security Constructs, Defense Planning Scenario (DPS) Excursions, and TTX exercise vignettes focused on Force Development, Strategic Defense Concepts, and Multi-Service Force Deployment DataQualifications Required
Qualifications:
o Possession of an earned MS/MA degree in an appropriate discipline is desired.
o Requires seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant technical area experience (comparable to retired/separated O4 / CWO4 / E9 or above or a former GS-13 or above) and two (2) to five (5) years' experience on the Joint, OSD, a CCMD and / or a Service staff.
o TS - SCI and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
