Our HQ is in Arlington, VA We are Seeking someone who LIVES in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, because you WILL need to commute into the Arlington office from time to time.
TYPE OF HIRE:
FTE (Full Time Employee) We will NOT be Hiring any Outside (Contingent or Retained) Recruitment Agencies.
We need a dedicated in-house resource.

Office Expectations:
Remote/In-House Hybrid Opportunity.
Mostly Remote, we will need you to come into the office 10% of the Time.
You are NOT Required to be in the Office every day.
If you are a Local to the DMV area, then You could probably go to the office 1-2 Times per week Maximum (or as needed).
We are flexible and can work with you on that.
We have Flex Scheduling.

We are looking to hire a deadline-focused & skilled Technical Recruiter to run candidates through full Recruiting Life Cycle, including sourcing candidates for technical positions, running phone screens with sourced candidates, setting up interviews, debriefing candidates and closing candidates.
You will also manage your recruiting pipeline in accordance with the current team in place (One Recruiting Director and 2 Technical Recruiters).
You would be our 4th Teammate! You will also help manage the candidate database (ATS = Applicant Tracking System) and keep it organized and Help our Recruiting Lead keep everything organized and the candidate-flow running smoothly!To ensure success as a Technical Recruiter, we would prefer for you to have knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and good interviewing skills.
A skilled Recruiter will be able to Find and Engage Top Talent for positions that are often hard to fill.
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate with Recruiting Director, COO Team to determine sourcing priorities each week o Communicating with Recruiting Director, Team and Hiring Managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs o Craft and send recruitment emails, InMails, social media messages, line up meetings for Recruiting Director and also with candidates for your own pipeline o Identify and Screen potential candidates o Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring managers (Leadership Team) o Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews; Build Interview Slates - based on candidate's skills and seniority o Offering job positions and getting offer letters out to candidates; Closing Offer acceptances o Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the interviewing process o Help run Security Clearances o Help Develop and Evolve Sourcing Strategies in a Fun and Fast-paced environment with Recruiting Director & Team; including Building Out Boolean searches in LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearance Jobs o Create talent pipelines for current and future hires o Help keep the ATS organized and up to date and aid in streamlining our ATS processes o Aid in creating and posting Job Posts as needed o Have FUN building out a Dyanmo Team with a Great Team! REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVES:
o Bachelor's degree; will potentially consider an Associates Degree o 2
Years of Previous Professional experience as a Technical Recruiter (will consider Senior Sourcers too) o Experience Recruiting Tech, specifically software engineers o Experience in the Federal Sector o Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques or Solid Internet Research Skills o Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking o Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus, but not a requirement; experience with ONE ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is Preferred o Ability to conduct online and offline interviews (as needed); if you have not interviewed a ton, then we can help TRAIN you to get there! o Excellent communication skills o Good time management skills & EXCEPTIONAL Organizational Skills o Need to be OKAY with working in and around the Federal Government and Intelligence Agency - if you are Uncomfortable with that - then, we are probably NOT the company for you.
o Very positive and Can-Do Attitude with a Desire to Learn and Grow! NICE TO HAVES:
o Experience in the Federal Sector is PREFERRED - understanding the nuances of the Intel Community and the DoD will be helpful in this role o Experience in Technical Recruitment (mostly around software engineering languages, etc) is highly preferred o Good negotiation skills - We can Help Grow this skill set, if you are not an expert here yet Recommended Skills Artificial Intelligence Communication Coordinating Dev Ops Hardworking And Dedicated Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
