Treaty Analyst with Security Clearance

The Treaty Analyst primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Compartments efforts.
The position will provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Performance shall include:
o Provide security support to Secretary of the Air Force Directorate of Security and Special Programso Provide advice and assistance to policy makers in SAF/AAZ and HQ USAF/A5XP and direct support to AFOSI Office of Special Projects (PJ) field detachments on security, OPSEC, counterintelligence, and vulnerabilities related to the U.
S.
Government activities under various arms control agreements.
Agreements include the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, Open Skies Treaty, Chemical Weapons Convention, U.
S.
-International Atomic Energy Agency Safeguards Agreement (IAEA), IAEA Additional Protocol, Biological Weapons Convention, Non-proliferation Treaty, Strategic Offensive Arms Reduction Treaty, and otherso Maintain operational knowledge of treaties and agreements and their effects on special program interestso Review intelligence reports and open source information for arms control issues, as well as counterintelligence threats to personnel, equipment and information systems associated with Air Force research, technology and acquisitions programs on a daily basiso Deploy to represent Special Access Programs during mock arms control inspections exercises to provide advice, assistance and liaison support to AF Special Access Programso Coordinate with national-level government agencies to distribute Defense Threat Reduction Agency arms control inspection notifications to applicable Air Force entities to ensure necessary security plans are implementedo Brief Air Force organizations on potential intelligence and information vulnerabilities during treaty inspections as well as tactics, techniques and procedures available to protect acquisition programs during Arms Control inspections
Experience:
8 - 10 years related experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years) Security Clearance:
o Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibilityo Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Informationo Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph Recommended Skills Biology Information Systems Mergers And Acquisitions Open Source Technology Top Secret (Ts Clearance) Vulnerability Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
