ObjectiveResponsiveTrustedJRO-CBRND as part of the JPEO CBRND is tasked with the development of capability documentsThe products of this work will directly benefit the warfighter by linking Joint and Multi-Service CBRN Defense requirements to today's dynamic concepts of operationThis award establishes a support framework for the JRO-CBRND to develop Joint requirementsThe DoD philosophy for Joint CBRN requirements generation is top-down, concept-driven, threat-informed development with bottom-up refinementJoint CBRND capabilities development is resourced by the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological through the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) and Radiological and Nuclear Defense Capabilities Development Program (RNDCDP)Joint requirements generation is executed under the direction and guidance of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the JROCJoint CBRND requirements generation utilizes integrated planning, conducted by the JRO-CBRND in collaboration with the Services, Combatant Commands, Defense Agencies, and the Joint Staff, and approved through by the JROCResponsibilities For the Chem, Bio, Rad/Nuc and Medical areas, analysts will oversee the Analyses of Alternatives (AoA) and develop requirements documents in coordination with the service and combatant command representativesThey will organize and conduct at least quarterly, an Integrated Concept Team (ICT) meeting with all relevant stakeholders and provide draft minutesThey will be responsible for developing Joint operational requirements by drafting, staffing and adjudicating requirements documents prior to entering them into KM/DSFor the T&E area, analyst(s) will primarily ensure traceability of T&E activities to requirements documentsIn addition, this analyst will monitor testing activities in coordination with JPEO-CBRND, DUSA T&E, and the Services for programs of recordQualificationso MS/MA degree in an appropriate discipline is desired.
o Requires seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant technical area experience (comparable to retired/separated O4 / CWO4 / E9 or above or a former GS-13 or above) and two (2) to five (5) years' experience on the Joint, OSD, a CCMD and / or a Service staff.
o Mid-level CBRN Analyst candidates must have knowledge of JSPS, JCIDS and ETMS2.
o TS-SCI with ability to hold for duration of the contract Recommended Skills Biology Nuclear Power Joint Capabilities Integration Development Systems Refining Team Working Stakeholder Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
