Soffice locationsYou will provide a range of skills as part of an integrated building services designThe engineer will be responsible for providing control system design, engineering and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering / internal and external) under the guidance of more senior technical staffThe Engineer will take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to youIndividuals in this position must demonstrate the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical teamPerform all aspects of control system design and engineering, including preparation of construction documents, schematic control diagrams, network riser diagrams, and specifications for control systems for commercial and government buildings.
o Perform site surveys of existing control systems and coordinate the design requirements with building operators and engineers.
o Review shop drawings and product submittals for control systems.
o Work under minimal supervision, work is reviewed for adequacy on completion.
o May provide technical guidance to less experienced design and engineering personnel.
o Maintain effective communication with project team members as well as the customer#biaffederal Here's What You'll Need:
o Bachelors degree in an engineering disciplineo At least 4 years of experience in control system design and engineering, specifically HVAC Controls and Building Automation System/Building Management Systemso Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revito United States Citizenshipo Ability to obtain a security clearance required Ideally, you'll also have:
