Acquisition Contract Analyst with Security Clearance

(VISTA) is currently seeking an Acquisition Contract Analyst to support a NAVSEA Program Office.
This is a hybrid position reporting onsite in Crystal City, VA , three (3) days a week.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain acquisition documents Acquisition plans, Class Justification & Approvals (CJA), Statement of Works (SOWs), Technical Instructions, and GFE, etc.
Provide procurement support, SPS experience, create and maintain purchase requisition (PR) packagesDevelop presentations, meeting minutes, letter and memoranda and tracking action itemsSupport program baseline and scheduling activities, create and maintain deliveries, spend plans and spares deliveriesDevelop presentations, meeting minutes, letter and memoranda and tracking action itemsBasic
Qualifications:
Master's Degree OR a Bachelor's Degree AND 5
years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's Degree AND 10 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)Knowledge of NEPS, ability to track allocations, obligations, expendituresStrong critical thinking skillsProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.
)Active DoD Secret Clearance required This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.
