IT Project Manager with Security Clearance

Arlington, VA 22203 (on-site M-Thurs; WFH on Friday) We are looking for someone to grow with the company! Seeking an experienced IT Manager with a PMP and 5-8 years of Federal contracting experience to work on-site in Arlington, VA Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays.
This individual will support a Federal agency's IT projects, serving as the principal point of contact for staffing, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of several independent T&M task orders for a Federal Agency.
This will involve interacting with leadership of the end customer(s), ensuring task order contractual obligations, providing effective and appropriate leadership of the task order personnel, reporting and monitoring financial figures and projections.
The IT Project Manager will report to a Program Manager, and may have responsibility for multiple teams comprised of between 1 and 20 personnel.
The IT Project Manager may also participate in proposal activities as required.
Weekly travel to Federal customer sites in the DC area is required.
Occasional travel out of state may be required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's in a related business or technical field, 8 years or related professional experience and at least one of the following certifications are required:
o Project Management Professional certification from Project Management Institute o Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification from DAU.
Resume must demonstrate four full years of supervisory experience, including:
o Leading multiple project workforces, on-site, hybrid, and full telework.
o Creating detailed written status reports and dashboards for task order (contract) monitor and control and for executivesSkills:
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
o Very strong command of the written English language, to include writing, editing, and proofreading.
o Strong oral and presentation skills.
o Leading on-site, hybrid, and full telework workforces.
o Exceptional writing & document review skills.
Desired Experience - Prior support to leading software testing, application development, training, and technical training.
Recommended Skills Certified Project Management Professional Contract Management Copy Editing Dashboard Editing English Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
