Program Analyst Sr. Principal with Security Clearance

Description Chief of Staff DoD CIO Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate Duty Summary Functions as the primary support staff point of contact for the Program Manager and Government Customer to manage the PNT workload.
Under Program Manager guidance, and in response to the Government Customer's needs, coordinates and manages the essential daily and long-term activities of the DoD CIO PNT directorate with the support staff and other stakeholder directorates and agencies as required, assigning and processing the task load to ensure all Customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Seeks input from the support staff and other stakeholders to advise, organize, and plan efforts and initiatives with the Customer, attending to the daily details of staff work while staying attuned to the mission success of the Customer.
Works in concert with the Customer and Program Manager to embrace vision and guidance, and relays messages and ideas to and from the Customer and Program Manager and the support staff.
Must be a creative and results-driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess the ability to remain calm and productive in a highly dynamic environment and to effectively manage a multi-tiered workload and multiple simultaneous tasks.
Acts as the central contact for all workload communications.
Chief Of Staff Duties and Responsibilities o Organize and assign staff work functions and activities to the support staff o Coordinate strategic initiatives and guidance with the support staff o Anticipate Customer needs and prepare sufficient information o Track daily tasks and help oversee projects of high importance o Act as a main staff POC to the Customer and the Program Manager o Manage Customer calendar and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines are being met o Interpret and apply DoD and National PNT related Policy as required o Work with support staff and all stakeholders to ensure staff work is completed o Act as liaison for staff, the Customer, department leaders, as required o Assist Customer and Program Manager with communication, meeting planning, and messaging to the support staff and outside stakeholders o Advises Customer and Program Manager on current working climate (employee wellbeing, project statuses, new proposals, etc.
) o Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure unity of messaging to senior leaders o Help coordinate enterprise-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success o Attend meetings, or assign meeting attendees as required, to support the Customer and deliver progress reports to the Customer o Performs all other duties as assigned by the Customer and Program Manager Qualifications Chief Of Staff Requirements and Qualifications o 20
years experience in Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Policy, Operations, and Programmatics.
o Strong Pentagon staff experience across OSD, Joint Staff and the Services o Excellent oral and written communication skills o Strong Military Experience in Strategic Planning and Operations o Strong interpersonal skills and proven productive collaboration across varying departments o Able to successfully organize, lead and direct teams to accomplish a task o Embrace Customer vision and possess an encouraging, can-do attitude o Effective manager of multi-tiered work load o Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills o Agile in a dynamic environment, able to direct and implement tactical needs while engaging in strategic planning o Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure o Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective deliverables o Highly experienced with project coordinating and management o Self-motivated and self-sufficient o Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred o Proven creative thinker Covid Policy:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
