The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative, scheduling, and secretarial support to the Legal Department.
This role is responsible for execution of Legal Department initiatives and day-to-day activities.
The individual is responsible for administration and coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, documentation, presentations and correspondence materials as well as file maintenance.
This role is Hybrid based out of our headquarters in Arlington, VA with a 3 day minimum required in office.
What You'll Do Maintain, schedule, and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Support with the preparation of correspondence, memos, documents, emails, and presentations for department Perform data entry and maintenance for various projects including ad hoc departmental reports Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion Assist with the scheduling, room bookings and the facilitation of meetings, events and compliance trainings Processing and administering department invoices Provide administrative support for trainings Edit documentation, distribute documents for signing, prepare draft letters, presentations and correspondence Compile statistics for presentations Maintain high levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion What You'll Need Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing Ability to work independently Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a related field Preferred Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience Bachelor's degree Physical Job Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times What You'll Receive At Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
