Description TechFlow, Incis hiring a skilled Data Scientist to join our team, focused on working with large federal government customers to develop advanced machine learning models for predictive maintenance and resource optimization use cases in domains that include transportation, logistics, and smart energy solutionsThe ideal Data Scientist will have experience in creating and maintaining collection capabilities and deliverables within an AWS environmentKey Responsibilitieso Develop and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive maintenance and resource optimization, tailored to the needs of federal government clients in transportation, logistics, and energyo Work directly with government clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, translating these into technical requirements for model developmento Manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights relevant to the objectives.
o Work closely with a development team to integrate machine learning models into broader solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practiceso Communicate complex data insights and model results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective mannero Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, predictive maintenance, and resource optimization to continually enhance the solutions offeredo Ensure all data handling and model development comply with federal regulations and security protocols Requirementso Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldo 7
years of experience (5
years with Master's) in data scienceo 5

years with Master's) in developing machine learning models, particularly for predictive maintenance and resource optimization to include:
