Graphics Designer/War Room Manager with Security Clearance

is seeking a Graphic Designer / War Room Manager (Staff Associate)position in support of our U.
S.
Navy clients.
Job location is in Crystal City, VA and Carderock, MD.
Mandatory Requirement:
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information at the Secret clearance level.

These planning centers challenge us to plan for the execution of large, complex problems that are changing continuously even as plans are being formulated.
The ideal candidate for this job would be a broad, critical thinker who can work both independently and with a team to outline client problems, research policy and technical details, develop compelling written and graphic storylines and formulate recommendations.
Superior presentation skills, both written and oral are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage war room operations for a multi-disciplinary team - including both Strategic Insight employees, other contractors and client representatives, Research technical and policy issues, and review briefings, white papers, and technical reports, Develop a working outline for clearly stating our client's current issues, desired end states, and a plan to reach those end states, Create a written and illustrated narrative to present to multiple audiences - including the client's immediate organization and other stakeholder organizations, Create compelling graphics, development schedules, and visitor logs, Direct staff to coordinate in-person meetings, including:
Draft agendas, Send security and meeting information to attendees, Track responses, attendance, and collect briefings, Document meeting minutes, Present the war room to multiple visitors - often senior-level, Participate in recurring client team meetings to brief war room progress, and Maintain files with war room configurations and updates over time.

ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, handle complex assignments, maintain status across several stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills Be proficient with the MS Office Suite of Products; particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional software including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, prepare presentation slides, and produce customized reports High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including good proof reading, grammar, and analytical skillsEducation and
Experience:
Ten (10) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs and graphic design.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
Prior experience in planning center development is a huge plus, but not required Proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products; particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
