Sr Mgr, Business Development, Education, Undiscovered Business and Black Business Accelerator

Undiscovered Small Business Accelerator helps drive the success of small and historically underrepresented business populations (including minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses).
Our team is creating programs to provide business owners with access to education, Amazon experts, and industry thought leaders, in addition to benefits, tools and resources to help accelerate business growth.
We are seeking a high-judgment, results-oriented, and creative leader to lead education strategy and development for small and underrepresented businesses.
This role will have a high-degree of ownership in developing the approach to education modalities, instructional design, topics, measurement, and continuous improvement.
The solutions this person will own will guide small and underrepresented businesses through their journey selling with Amazon.
This includes performing needs assessments to identify learning objectives, designing, developing, testing, and evaluating instructional content in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will work closely with learning experience designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to quickly identify and create content.
The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting small business owners, and an instructional content development background combined with a solid understanding of the end-to-end design and development of multiple learning programs and products.
They are customer obsessed, leveraging insights and data to work backwards and think from a customer perspective.
They are an experienced program manager, manager, and creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, ambiguous environment.
They exhibit professional discernment, ability to earn trust, and influence cross-functional teams.
This opportunity requires excellent program management, prioritization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity.

o Anticipate bottlenecks, anticipate and make tradeoffs, identify gaps and invent solutions.
o Continuously measure solution effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
