JOB SUMMARY The Cyber Modernization Program Analyst-Senior provides support to the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7 Strategic Operations Directorate, Cyberspace Operations Division (DAMO-SOC) Operations and Integration DivisionCoordinate and interface with staff elements of OSD, OUSD, Joint Staff, Army Secretariat, HQDA, ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs for all EW mattersRESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate, integrate, and synchronize developments across Centers of Excellence (COE), Army, and Joint communications as appropriate when concepts and DOTMLPF-P solutions are proposed to solve or mitigate gaps.Support the development, conduct, and execution of demonstrations, experimentation, and prototyping to identify/verify acceptable solutions for applicable formations.Assist in the development of learning demands to inform production of EW Demonstration, Experimentation, and Prototyping (DE&P), ACIDS requirements documents, and EW Strategies.Develop orders in coordination with the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) that address the execution of ACM-EW Demonstration, Experimentation, and Prototyping study plans.Analyze and produce materiel requirement recommendations based on Force Design Updates which impact Army EW capabilities.Support efforts for ACM EW-assigned Integrated EW System capability development for current and future Programs of Record (PoRs)Provide DOTMLPF-P analysis briefing and report of required changes to procure and employ current and future PoRs in response to a short notice Congressional tasking.Assist DAMO-SOC in researching inquiries from Congress and other higher authorities and provide draft responses regarding any aspect of EW.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Familiarity with HQDA processes and systemsFamiliarity with the Microsoft 365 and Adobe suites of toolsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAttention to detail.Familiarity with the military decision-making processDemonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment.Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet short suspense deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel in support of DAMO-SOC requirements.QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications include:
Master's Degree with 10
years' experience or BS and 12
years of experienceSignificant experience working with Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) or Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) Preferred
Qualifications:
Four years of experience supporting operations at the Headquarters, Department of the Army level or higher Experience and knowledge of military documentation process.Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE) process.Familiarity with the roles and functions of Army Cyber Command and the Cyberspace Center of ExcellenceFamiliarity with the structure and functions of OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, Combatant Commands, Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), and the Combined Arms Command (CAC). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
