- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or 5 or more years direct relevant experience.
- Favorably adjudicated Tier 5 investigation and Active Top Secret clearance.
- DODI 8570.
1M IAT Level 2 certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security
CE, CND, SSCP)
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain computer equipment and related devices such as desktops and laptops for a DOD organization's staffInstalls, configures, diagnoses, rectifies, and upgrades computer hardware and peripheral devicesReceives and responds to incoming calls and e-mails regarding complex computer hardware problemsMonitors computer performance and documents instances of hardware failure, repair, and replacement installationAids in the development of strategies for meeting future computer hardware needs and supports the implementation of new hardware installationsMay troubleshoot associated end-user software and networked software products.
- Issue, update, troubleshoot and replace end-user computer systems.
- Work in a hands-on technical capacity on site.
- Adhere to schedules and due-dates.
- Maintain accurate records and document all contract actions.
- Work in a collaborative team environment.
