Work you'll doOperate as a true player-coach, pitching in with high-caliber ideas and design executions for print and digital and also work alongside creative directors to oversee the production of bold, innovative, award-winning workTranslate user insights, messaging matrix, and business needs into user journeys, workflows, and overall experiences via wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypesEngage with strategy leads and analytics teams to ensure creative work is in line with strategic goals and on message for the target audience for each campaignDemonstrate a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of implementing themCombine a strategic, business savvy with strong advocacy for experience design and lead the design of large and complex systems of interactionsManage and motivate projects and teams through the creative process and keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing the creative workWork collaboratively with team members to develop streamlined XD processes while improving on agency processes and deliverables to continually set new standardsConsistently deliver big ideas and bold work that's on time, on brief and in budget.

Be an influential player within multidisciplinary team of account managers, strategists, analysts, creative technologists, copywriters, and art directorsExpertly develop wireframes, user stories and journeys, and prototypes optimized for devices and contextsPossess solid knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and HCI principles.
Operate fluently in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and have familiarity with AEMShow excellent public speaking, presentation, and listening skills, with and ability to own the room, both in person and remotelyFamiliarity with Agile and Sprint working methodologies is a plusWhat you'll bring to the table8
years of in-house or external agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns, with a compelling portfolio of distinctive work showing both product and service design as well as strong integrated concepting and storytellingAbility to concept and develop outstanding creative with the teams you manage, sell the work to your clients, and adapt at every step along the wayExcellent client relationship-building skillsSolid understanding of the capabilities and limitations within digital channelsFluency across the Adobe Creative Suite with proven expertise in digital, traditional, and emerging delivery modelsYou'll come in ready to visibly lead with integrity and help develop a seasoned, passionate creative team.
Bachelor's/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degreeLimited Sponsorship may be availableThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102500-$210600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
