The AWS AMER Data Center Supply Solutions Team seeks a skilled Property Manager to join as a pivotal member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team, reporting to the Sr.
Owned Portfolio Manager.
Responsibilities encompass overseeing diverse property types, from empty land to buildings, and managing all tenant-related activities to support the growing data center portfolio.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently.
Candidate should possess program management skills and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilitieso Represent AWS as the Landlord for all tenant relationshipso Review and approve all projects related to building maintenance, capital expenditures or tenant improvementso Ensure all contractual obligations are being met on time; this includes management of payments, Landlord vs.
Tenant responsibilities, and contract managemento Manage critical dates o Manage third party vendor in overseeing day-to-day operations of the buildings as well as any tenant emergencies or escalationso Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support of strategic negotiations for renewalso Support the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reportingo Support special projectsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
