Senior Business Development Manager (Hybrid Role within NCR)

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Business Development Manager (Hybrid Role in NCR) who is primarily responsible to develop new and viable pipelines for multiple opportunities in the National Capitol Region (NCR) and booking the results as contract wins.
The expected customer focus area for this position is DoD and DHS, and their Components, but could be adjusted based on candidate s background.
The successful Sr.
Business Development Manager will also assist with developing a high-performing, cohesive group of employee-owners in the NCR working in an environment where technical excellence, outstanding customer support, growth through business development, innovation, collaboration, and responsiveness are characteristic activities.
Anticipated annual salary range:
$165,000 to $195,000.
Offer may vary depending on experience, skill set, and location within NCR.
What you ll do as a Senior Business Development Manager:
Develop new and key business relationships in the government marketplace, with a primary responsibility for identifying and developing opportunities for business expansionSupports the development of customer or market penetration strategies and individual opportunity win strategies, account plans, technology development plans, and partnering strategiesEnsures that the business development strategy is implementedMaintains extensive knowledge of the current developments in the government marketplace in order to assess and improve the position of the companyMakes recommendations for change or modification to strategyMay lead teams in order to develop and deliver various professional services solutions to include whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify and capture new businessEmphasize Corporate capabilities, past performance, and outstanding customer support as the foundation for customer satisfactionEmphasize technical excellence and outstanding customer support as the foundation for customer satisfaction, follow-on work, and marketingLead marketing/business development for current and new clients to meet group s growth goalsMeet with Government and industry customers, partners, and ARA team members on a regular basis to guide, review, and plan future projectsPresent company-wide capabilities for various purposes as needed and/or directed, and collaborate with other units in ARA on multi-disciplinary opportunitiesLead proposal efforts and prepare cost estimates in line with ARA and the division s policies and proceduresCollaborate effectively with other groups/divisions on joint proposalsMust Haves as Senior Business Development Manager:
Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 12
years of experience OR 20
