IT Training Specialist with Security Clearance

The successful Training Specialist III will perform end user training and support for custom hardware and software solutions in both CONUS and OCONUS locationsTraining is focused on using Windows 10/11 OS and peripheral device management (printers, scanners, biometric devices, etc.) and applicable policies and procedures to successfully process transactionsYou will work independently and within small teams to support various software and systems-related tasksAdditional responsibilities include:
o Instruct participants in one-on-one, small group, large group, virtual, and ad hoc training sessionso Develop, organize, and deliver technical training and related materials in support of customers and/or company employeeso Work with customer and functional organizations to establish training content and objectiveso Prepare training plans from onsite database and workflow analysiso Ability to follow defined processes and document any issues/problems clearlyo Ensure training material reflects current product featureso Provide daily status reporting to management and to the customer while engaged in a training activityo Complete and submit all reporting requirements in a timely mannero Provide Go-Live support for workstation deploymentso After-hours and weekend support will be required as needed to support overseas or domestic training taskso Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customerso Effective verbal and written communication skillso Proactive personality with the ability to work with limited guidance and supervisiono Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillso Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing competing priorities and initiating projectsMeaningful work:

o SECRET Clearance o Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, education, business administration or management information sciences o 8
years of experience in Information Technologyo Experience in delivering software applications training to end users on in a classroom, and/or one-on-one setting, and/or virtual or other equivalent teaching experienceo Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillso Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-makingo Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Productivity applicationso Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the timeNice to Have:
o One or more technical certifications (Comp TIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Educator, MS Endpoint Administrator, etc.) highly preferredo Experience training end users on complex hardware and software solutions highly preferredo Experience delivering technical training via remote training tools such as MS Teams and Cisco Webexo Familiarity with international travel requirements such as Visa, medical, and passports highly preferredClearance:
