Program Strategy Senior Consultant (TS/SCI + Polygraph required) with Security Clearance

o Analyze trends shaping the external operating environment and how they impact the national security mission, advising clients on how to evolve their work and business.o Identify external commercial solutions, running pilots and proof of concepts, designing new capabilities or programs, and/or engaging leaders/units to make tailored recommendations.o Lead key aspects of the work, drive results, assure quality, and mentor junior team membersThe team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impactServing federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000
professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promiseThe GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreamsThis includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client visionQualifications Required:
o Bachelor's degree requiredo Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureo Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredo Experience with Strategy Development and Implementation within the IC o 2 years of experience within the federal space - National Security and Justice o 2
years of experience in strategy innovation and work within mission and market analysis o Exposure to Emerging Trends and technologies o Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:
o MBA degree preferred.o Demonstrated experience producing reports and presentations for executive audiences.o Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the space Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:
