Summary You will serve as a management analyst at the GG-13/Band 3 levelThis position is located at HQ US MARINE CORPSAll Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.

C1601This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive statusDutieso You will provide input to workforce development policy, plans, and guidance, and provide administrative customer support to subordinate elements and communities of interest.
o You will provide advice and conduct studies involving comprehensive analysis of United States Marine Corps (USMC) intelligence competency gaps and validate requirements.
o You will participate in analysis for immediate and long-range planning with senior management focused on management strategies to meet mission needs.
o You will participate in the development and implementation of career roadmapsRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.

o Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
