The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Lease Payment Analyst based in our Seattle corporate office campus.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team, and report directly to the Lease Payment manager.
Responsibilities include managing all payment related activities to support the existing and expanding data center portfolio.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently.
Candidate should possess a high level of financial acumen and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilitieso Ingestion, review and auditing of rent and power datacenter and colocation invoiceso Perform quality control over invoice abstractiono Partner with key stakeholders to help ensure accurate and timely paymentso Ongoing processing of invoice approvals and invoice paymentso Processing of payments in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual termso Track cost savings and avoidanceo Manage landlord/vendor account reconciliationo Manage the landlord/vendor onboarding processo Drive monthly portfolio metric and variance reportingo Reconcile payment inquiries for internal and external customerso Lead special projectsAbout the teamThe AWS PAM-AMER team consists of regional ownership over Payment Management, Leased Portfolio Management, Owned Portfolio Management and Lease Administration for AMER.
Our functions include support for new transactions, management of owned sites, compliance to S&TP and contractual requirements for all real estate and lease payments, and management of critical lease and contract dates.
We abstract and manage the contract data for executed real estate and colocation contracts.
We are a primary point of contact for landlords/vendors and onsite team escalations, tenant alterations and site improvements, vendor management and tenant management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
