Overview Work as a member of project team to create, track, and ensure timely delivery of project documentation; gather and interpret technical information; build cross-team coalitions; and support change management activities on the Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) projectNP2 is personnel and pay system based on a PeopleSoft 9.

o Track team and project activities, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
o Coordinate across the internal team to gather inputs for reporting requests.
o Update internal team communication plan and make strategic recommendations for process improvements.
o Create complex and professional documents that communicate project aspects to both internal and external stakeholders.
o Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to understand business needs and identify and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
o Serve as a liaison between the technical team and project delivery team to ensure customer needs are met.
o Work with technical staff to organize and draft supporting documents for client meetings and presentations.
o Synthesize complex technical information into lay terms.
o Develop and distribute documentation to build understanding of technical concepts.
o Use judgement to select the best communication medium to convey content; may include use of graphics, diagrams, charts, etc.
o Standardization of content with a high level of attention to detail allowing for delivery of documentation with minimal error.
o Participate in daily development team, client, and project milestone meetings to maintain ongoing awareness of project status.
o Attend client meetings and track meeting minutes for archival and distribution.
o Demonstrate problem solving skills when facing impedimentsQualifications Skills/

Experience:
This position prefers a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant business experienceThe successful candidate will be entry level to as much as two (2) years of professional experienceThe ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex technical informationThe following experience is required:
o Experience with Microsoft Office applications (primarily Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Clearance Requirements:
A background investigation at the T3 level is required, as this is not currently a classified positionMust be a U.
