Mayvin is seeking a Communications Specialist who will support Associate Directors and Deputy Directors, as needed, in a timely and professional manner while interfacing with all divisions and sections of the US Marshals ServiceThe Communications Specialist will be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion, exercise intelligent judgment with little supervision, and maintain a high degree of confidentialityMust be a U.SCitizen.Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
Serve as the executive assistant to the Senior LeadershipAct as the primary point of contact to represent executives with their internal and external customer baseMake travel arrangements, plan, and execute all activities within the automated travel systemAssist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materialsManage special projects from start to completionCompose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMust have a minimum of three (3) years of proven Communication Specialist/Executive Assistant experience supporting Senior Level Executives (VP, CFO, COO, President, CEO)Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.Advance skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite Preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
