Job Description:
-- -General Office Duties - Maintains helpful, cheerful attitude and professional image at all times - Ensures a clean, professional appearance of Office common areas, at all times - Maintains all office files records system and setup according to Company procedures - Ensures all office equipment is running and in proper working order every day - Maintains all office supplies and office equipment - Order office supplies as needed and/or directed - Order office equipment maintenance as needed and/or directed - Welcome and escort guests/visitors; Notify agents as applicable - Receive all incoming mail and review outgoing mail - Deliver incoming faxes in the appropriate agent mailbox - Produce monthly Duty Calendar - Input/maintain Agent codes in copier and postage meter as necessary Real Estate Transactions - Deposit and process all Ernest Money Deposits(EMD), Commission, Rental Application Fees, and all monies received upon receipt - Scan/upload checks and Bank Deposit Receipts for Controller processing - Consistently monitor and review Office Transactions to ensure compliance and submit for Managing/Broker Review Agent Support & Assistance - Assist agents with Office processes as necessary - Assist agent's marketing efforts by sending out New Listings, Broker's Open and Open House email notifications - Confirm all event details, RSVPs and attendance - Utilize and update Evite consistently for events (1 week in advance) Other duties as assigned, to make it happen! --.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
