Description
Program Analyst will provide on-going analytical, acquisition and administrative support by managing and coordinating daily staff operations, communications and processes; ensuring the team understands deadlines, assignments and objectives; assisting in the development of program documentation and briefing materials; and tracking the status of action items, program milestones and monthly reports. The Program Analyst will perform all aspects of program analysis from project proposal to closeout in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Specific duties and responsibilities may include the following:
Requirements
o Proven expertise in Risk Analysis and Risk Assessments, to include conduct of statistical analysis, and development and assessment of programmatic metrics, to include Cost Benefit Analysis, etc.
o Expertise in USMC acquisition and S&T applications, including requirements development, and development and conduct of wargames to evaluate candidate proposals.
o Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the Program Objective Memorandum process in support of the Navy and USMC Planning, Programming & Budgeting Systems, to include expertise in budget development and maintenance.
o Demonstrates knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition process and how it relates to product development, production and sustainment.
o Facilitates milestone planning by preparing, reviewing, and updating technical briefing materials, documentation and program schedules;Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
